ReelBoost User Agreement

1.Scope of Application

1.1 This agreement is a contract between you and [ReelBoost Update Operator] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the company") regarding your download, installation, login, and use of the "[ReelBoost]", and the related services provided by "[ReelBoost]". We have the right to unilaterally decide, arrange, or designate our affiliated companies, controlling companies, successor companies, or third-party companies recognized by the company to continue operating "[ReelBoost]" according to the needs of "[ReelBoost]" and related services or operations. Moreover, for certain services under this agreement, they may be provided to you by the company's affiliated companies, controlling companies, successor companies, or third-party companies recognized by the company. You are aware of and agree to accept the content of the relevant services, which is deemed as accepting the related rights and obligations and is bound by this agreement.

1.2 "User" refers to all users who directly or indirectly obtain and use "[ReelBoost]" and related services, including natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations, referred to as "users" or "you" in this agreement.

1.3 "[ReelBoost]" refers to the client application with the name "[ReelBoost]" owned and operated by us. The company has the right to unilaterally change the application name (including but not limited to renaming, adding, etc.). After the company issues a renaming announcement, all agreements in this agreement apply to the renamed client application.

1.4 This agreement includes the content already published by the company and the relevant agreements, rules, etc., that may be continuously released in the future regarding "[ReelBoost]" and related services (including the "[ReelBoost]" "Privacy Policy"). Once the aforementioned content is officially released, the company will remind you to read it promptly in an appropriate manner (such as system notifications). The aforementioned related agreements, rules constitute an integral part of this agreement, and your continued use of "[ReelBoost]" is considered as your agreement to comply with the aforementioned related agreements, rules, etc.

2.Using "[ReelBoost]" and Related Services

2.1 You can obtain the "[ReelBoost]" client application or access [ReelBoost] related websites by methods such as pre-installation, downloading from third parties authorized by the company, etc. If you do not obtain this software from the company or third parties authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee the normal use of the unofficial version of "[ReelBoost]" or any other associated risks, and any losses incurred by you as a result are not the responsibility of the company.

2.2 You can uninstall "[ReelBoost]" and related services at your discretion if you no longer need to use them.

2.3 To enhance user experience and service, the company will periodically provide application updates or make changes (including but not limited to application modification, upgrade, functionality enhancement, development of new services, application replacement, etc.). To ensure the security of "[ReelBoost]" and related services and improve the user experience, after the update or partial service content update of this application and related services, the company will, if possible, notify users through methods such as system prompts, announcements, internal messages, etc. Users have the right to choose to accept the updated version or service. If the user does not accept it, the company may no longer maintain the old version of the application, which may result in the restriction or inability to continue using certain functions. The consequences are borne by the user.

2.4 Without explicit prior written authorization, you may not, in any form, access or use "[ReelBoost]" and related services without authorization, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading. You are responsible for all consequences resulting from your illegal use.

2.5 You understand that to use "[ReelBoost]" and related services, you need to prepare terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) related to the application and related services. Once you open "[ReelBoost]" on your terminal device or access [ReelBoost] related websites, it is considered that you are using "[ReelBoost]" and related services. To fully realize all the functions of "[ReelBoost]," you may need to connect your terminal device to the internet, and you are responsible for the costs (such as data fees, internet fees, etc.) required.

2.6 If you find any content within "[ReelBoost]" that infringes your rights, please immediately notify the company through the email ReelBoostofficial@hotmail.com, provide preliminary evidence of your relevant rights, and the company will handle your complaint promptly in accordance with local laws. If there is a complaint of infringement by relevant rights holders within "[ReelBoost]," you can also submit a counter-notification and related rights proof materials to ReelBoostofficial@hotmail.com to appeal to the company. The company will also handle your appeal promptly in accordance with local laws.

3.Protection of User Personal Information

3.1 We attach great importance to the protection of user information, and protecting user personal information is one of the basic principles of the company. The company and users are committed to the protection of user personal information (information that can independently identify the user's identity or combined with other information).

3.2 During the use of "[ReelBoost]" and related services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to your name, location information, device information, photo permissions, audio permissions, etc., as specified in the permission table) so that the company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You understand and agree that the company has the right to collect, use, store, and share your personal information in order to better provide services to you and comply with laws and regulations, this agreement, and the "[ReelBoost]" "Privacy Policy." At the same time, we will legally protect your rights to browse, modify, and delete relevant personal information.

3.4 The company has the right to modify this agreement based on changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc. The company will publish the modified agreement. Once the content is officially released, the company will notify you of the updated content in an appropriate manner (such as system notifications), allowing you to understand the latest version of this agreement promptly. The modified content will constitute an integral part of this agreement, and you should also comply with it. If you object to the modified agreement, please immediately stop logging in and using "[ReelBoost]" and related services. If you log in or continue to use "[ReelBoost]" and related services, it is considered as acceptance of the modified agreement.

3.5 The titles in this agreement are for convenience and readability only and do not affect any provisions in this agreement.
